Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is the process of working with the feelings, thoughts, or behaviors that get in the way of feeling calm, compassionate, connected, peaceful, and satisfied.

In an understanding and respectful way I help guide people through the process of listening to and learning from the feelings, thoughts and behaviors that they have come into therapy to change.

By focusing on these parts of your personality we can help to transform and release feelings, thoughts and behaviors. Even if there is a part of you that's very "strong" and has been around for a long time, you are capable of transforming it. Because you weren't born with it and because it's a result of what's happened to you, you can change it.

In life, as the saying goes, "stuff happens." Unfortunately, we are burdened by the hurtful and painful things that happen to us and around us, whether they are "small" or "big" things. These burdens become stored in our bodies, in our thoughts, and in our feelings. Therapy is the process of releasing these burdens in order to transform.

You have what it takes to heal. All that is needed is time, energy, the will to change, and a bit of good guidance.
