Marriage Counseling
Healthy relationships are ones in which both partners can connect emotionally. When a couple is connected they generally feel calm, compassionate, loving, and peaceful with each other. When a relationship is not feeling this kind of a loving connection it means that there are parts (of each partner's personality) in the way. All kinds of parts can interfere with a good marriage: angry parts, resentful parts, critical parts, withdrawn parts, depressed parts, dissatisfied parts, fearful parts and many many others. The purpose of Marriage Counseling is to transform these different parts and help the partners to re-experience a loving connection. In the process, couples learn healthy ways of communicating and problem solving.

A good marriage is not one without problems, it's one in which both partners work through problems. If you'd like more information about couples therapy or if you're interested to see if I can help with the specific problems in your relationship, feel free to contact me.
We are one, after all, you and I,
together we suffer, together exist,
And forever will recreate each other.
